Currently taking 100mg of zoloft (sertraline), 0.5mg clonazepam and 2.5mg olanzapine im taking it because of relapse of my depression and anxiety (with some panic attacks) i am concerned about the affects of olanzapine on blood and heart any adv?

Benefits and risks (side effects) are 2 faces of a coin of any medication. Olanzapine with that small dose is less likely causing any significant cardiac effects. However, with your current medical history, I wonder about the benefit of Olanzapine. You should address your concern to the prescriber. Good luck.

Please have a physical exam to know if you have an illness. Your psychiatric medication should be managed by your Psychiatrist. If you are not confident in your Psychiatrist please see another for a second opinion. It is advisable to have psychotherapy along with meds - see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy.
