UTI in man is uncommon so you need to see a doctor ASAP for the correct diagnosis, urine tests will be done then empiric treatment pending test result. In the meantime, you should increase fluid intake at least 50% or 2 liters or more/day + taking azo (OTC med) for a couple days. Good luck.

The best medication is for you to be examined by your doctor or an urologist Than the proper medication will be prescribed. Don't try to treat yourself, you just may take the wrong medication.
