Absolutely. : Friction to pelvic floor is irritating. Roughing up skin & membranes is an open invitation for germs like yeast & bacteria to party on. Oral sex compounds the problem. To put things in perspective: we don't treat dog bites with antibiotics, but we absolutely treat human bites with them since the human mouth is so dirty. Try OTC topical metronidazole & both of you wash genitalia & brush teeth well.
