Can a bacterial infection (mycoplasma hominis and/or ureaplasma) bring on a herpes outbreak?

No, this doesn't happen. Anyway, Mycoplasma hominis and Ureaplasma urealyticum are entirely normal in the female genital tract and cause no disease or symptoms. At any point in time, half of all people test positive for them. Most genital herpes outbreaks occur randomly, with no apparent trigger.
