I have got food stuck in my gum (between the gum and the tooth next to the wisdom tooth), and receding gum between wisdom tooth and the tooth next to it, this causes me constant pain. i tried to clean it, visited a dentist, but couldn't help anyways?

This is a condition that a dentist should be able to treat, or at least refer you to a colleague who can solve the problem. Go back or change dentists.

Consider having that wisdom tooth extracted. The site will constantly be inflamed and in the end there will be bone loss around the second molar, a tooth you do not want to lose.
