Hit outer toppart (pinky side) of hand hard on a railing. left scratch that is healing but hand hurt bad. 3 days later no pain at all but around scratch and into ring/pinky fingers feel tingly when touched, grip is off. treat at home? nerve damage?

This does sound like there is some nerve injury and this should not be treated without seeing a doctor. You should see a hand specialist since they have experience in diagnosing and treating these injuries. You should see someone ASAP. Good luck to you!
