My left hand middle finger started to hurt causing electric like tinglings all over that arm up to my left side of face (since last week). index finger hurting too including left shoulder pain and left leg finger pain. going through a lot of stress?

I doubt these symptoms are due to stress. They are characteristic of a neurological problem. If only the shoulder and hand were involved, a radiculopathy from a bulging disc in your neck would be suspected, but with the left side of the face and the left leg also involved, a lesion in the right cerebral cortex of the brain would be a concern.
