What is a necrotic periphally enhancing mass of 5.2 cm x 2.9 cm involving left external iliac node?

This mass could be a malignant lesion which invades a left external iliac lymph node. The correct interpretation depends on the clinical history, physical exam and other laboratory results. You can't make a precise diagnosis just by a CT scan with IV contrast. Good luck.
