Sorry, this forum is not for telehealth visit. Furthermore, tramadol is a scheduled drug so you need to see a doctor in the office in order to have the prescription refilled. Take care.

Reestablishing with the doc or office that you had prior will give you the best chance to have your arthritis properly addressed. Tramadol is a controlled substance, not the first choice in treating arthritis.
