YES: Some people have trouble with sleeo when taking tramadol. I would start with 1/2 tab or 1mg for a couple nites due 2 ur age, that may b all u need, if not take the 2mg. U should also clear this with ur pcp.

Team afoul: Yes. Try taking tramadol (ultram) 50 mg at breakfast, lunch, dinner and at bedtime ( with valium 2mg). Purchase over-the-counter zostrix (capsaicin) cream to be applied twice a day to the back. Good luck.
