I on tramadol 50mg every 6 hours , can i take diazepam 2mg at bed time to clam down so i can sleep? tramadol is for my back pain do to arthitis

YES: Some people have trouble with sleeo when taking tramadol. I would start with 1/2 tab or 1mg for a couple nites due 2 ur age, that may b all u need, if not take the 2mg. U should also clear this with ur pcp.
