No: Taking a potentially addictive pain reliever even in a relatively low dose is not an appropriate treatment, especially in a 30 year old. I strongly urged you to see a rheumatologist to define the cause of the pain. In a young male, spondylitis needs to be ruled out.

Be checked: I would certainly be thoroughly evaluated and obtain a specific diagnosis. It is only then that you can fully know your treatment options. It may be that taking ultramay be the best option, or that you may have better alternatives. It really comes down to knowing the cause of your problem and then your options.
