I have had this cyst like thing or abscess on my tailbone and above it for years but i just recently moved and its baseball sized and red and swollen and it causes me a lot of pain to move or walk and it will make me feel like passing out?

I would seek out a general or rectal surgeon and have the total cyst and its connections removed. Failure to remove all the component parts of these is why they persist/recur.
