i have swollen glands in groin. and thigh pain in back of thigh. i sit a lot and walk a lot at work. no redness just dull achy pain. ?

Just a thought: Infection of the FEET (infected between toes ) are the most common reason for one sided swollen glands! Take a look! This would have nothing to do with walking or sitting... Hope this is helpful.. Dr Z
