Growth likely ended: A 22 year old cannot grow taller because his bone's growth plates have fused (stopped growing). To look taller, one can choose properly designed clothing & shoes, and have good posture. Being confident, having good social skills, and a strong speaking voice is good. Vitamins, supplements, "special" foods, exercise, etc... will not make a person living in the U.S. taller (height here is genetic).

Won't gain height: Most men would much rather have some muscle mass and definition than those two extra inches. I know Lee Priest -- this is him when he was a little younger than you. He's 5'3". Almost every guy would trade. Your fitness and social skills and earning power totally override "tall". Stop even thinking about this stuff. Best wishes.
