What if ur foot goes numb but u hav a fracture foot plus a spained ankle?

Tight cast/ splint: Worried that your cast or splint needs to be loosened due to edema. You can have serious complications to the nerves and blood vessels. So if it is a splint , loosen the wraps so it's not numb, if it's a cast you need to be seen right away so the cast can be changed or bi-valved( cut in half and then ace wrapped on).

Nerve problem: It sounds like you have alot of swelling due to injuries. This may be pressing on the nerve. If you have a cast on it may be too tight.

Swelling: Elevate your foot. Swelling can cause numbness.
