The Instructions say to put the patch on your belly, buttocks or back. This is because there is typically more capillaries in these areas and they are not as subject to rubbing as other places which may dislodge the patch. An alternative may be putting a bandage over the patch to help it stay adhered. Talk to your prescribing Dr if you are having trouble with this form of birth control.
