I agree that pelvic issues can cause radiation of discomfort into the thighs. I'm not sure if you have endometriosis, but pelvic problems like congestion,pelvic inflammatory disease& other pelvic pathology can do it. Your gynecologist is by far the best person to evaluate and advise you on this matter.
