Without fever and upper GI symptoms, perforated bowel with acute abdomen is less likely, especially if bowel movement has been normal. Your symptom could be due to the injury of rectal or sigmoid mucosal surface. I wonder if you observe your stool during BM last couple days. If you have not had any BM after the event then go to ER if pain gets worse or other symptoms develop. Good luck.
