Probably two or three separate problems: a cold, influenza, or covid causing the cough etc; and other thing(s) for the back and genital pain. The back and genital pain are potentially more serious; see a doctor if they continue more than a few days, or if you have other symptoms like high fever, vaginal bleeding, internal pain during sex, and so on.
