I am not sure if the pathology report is also included in the lab tests you mention. After colonoscopy with polypectomy, polyp(s) is (are) always sent for pathology to define if the polyp is a hyperplastic polyp, an adenomatous polyp or a precancerous lesion, etc. In essence, pathology is necessary for determining if a polyp is benign or precancerous.
