Can drinking too much water before urinalysis cause inaccurate results?

The urinalysis determine the character of urine at a particular time and the characteristics of urine varies from one time to another; the doctor can still determine based on what they are looking for most of the time. I am not sure what inaccurate result means to your situation but if there is a look for urinary tract infection the way the urine was collected is more important.
