Find another doctor: Frothy urine doesn't necessarily mean there is a health problem but it could mean there may be excess protein in the urine (proteinuria) requiring further testing. A simple urinalysis is an easy way to determine if there is protein in the urine. It's not always reliable though so if the result is negative and there is still concern for proteinuria a urine protein and creatinine should be measured.
