I have severe mental issue i have continuous headache in both sides of the brain since childhood due to which i have severe issues with speech balance memory understanding judgement and confusion my mind does not process anything?

Continuous headaches should trigger a full neurological workup including physical exam, imaging studies and blood lab tests. consulting with your regular Dr should provide you with a good starting point. If the GP is unable to diagnose or find cause, ask for referral to Neurologist.
