Had epilepsy since 17 (14yrs) could it be a slow growing brain tumor? had 3 seizures in last 3 years, have bad memory, dj vu, confusion, mild headaches

Unlikely: The best way to know is to get a brain MRI or ct scan in case they have not done one for some years. It is easy to check for brain tumor with one of the above tests.
