MRI Does: Mri is one of the diagnostic modalities used in the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. What you could have are many disorders. Since you have sjorgen's you may have features of other collagen vascular diseases, best check with your doctor.

Yes: MRI is the standard of care. Lesions can be seen here and not on CT. Your Sjogren's can mimic MS, and may explain all of your symptoms. Is a neurologist involved??
