What's the difference between coronary artery spasm vs coronary vasospasm?

They are describing the same thing-that the blood vessels supplying blood to the heart are in spasm. There are medicines that can treat this spasm. The spasm of these blood vessels can lead to chest pain resembling a heart attack. So, see a cardiologist for treatment. Good luck to you!
