Coronary spasms: Medications including aspirin, calcium channel blockers, proper diet, exercise in moderation, cessation of smoking etc same as coronary spasm causes transient chest pain most often.

Coronary Vasospasm..: Coronary artery vasospasm is smooth muscle constriction of the coronary artery. This can mimic coronary artery obstruction by plaque. Cocaine use can cause vasospasm.
