A month after an apicoectomy, i got a dental filling on an adjacent tooth and then a deep cleaning at the dentists office during the same appointment. since then, the area has become sensitive. did the deep cleaning adversely affect the apicoectomy?

Sensitive in what regards? Sensitivity to cold, sweets, when biting down, or constant? This info would help formulate a meaningful answer. See your dentist for a follow up.
