Cheek muscle still hurts a week after dental anaesthesia shots, fillings, and deep cleaning, which all occurred on the upper gum that had an apicoectomy a month before the shots, fillings, and deep clean. no pain from apicoectomy. whats the culprit?

The most likely culprit is the anesthetic injections that may have irritated the muscles in that area. It will pass.
