A member asked:

What blood tests should be requested for 'peripheral neuropathy' symptoms & easy bruising? (ana already tested and negative result, full blood count fine) needing more advice on speciality bloods as have had most of the standard tests completed?

Copper deficiency should be ruled out especially the subject takes zinc supplement or having gastrointestinal illness(es). Good luck.

Additional Tests could be done for diabetes for diabetic neuropathy and test for heavy metals and neurologic EMG testing for neuropathy. For easy bruising coagulation test like PT and PTT and platelet count should be checked. If you were having extensive bruising or actual bleeding, they can do test such as clotting time and test for coagulation disorders.
