How else will a neurologist find if i have ms? i've had a negative brain, spinal, and cervical mri, as well as blood tests. having neuropathy symptoms

Spinal tap: If there are signs suggesting a demyelination process, then in the spinal fluid will be a myelin basic protein or other product of the breakdown of myelin, the coating around the nerves. Yes I know the tap is not pleasant but in the absence of a diagnosis it may be necessary . Good luck

For 2 yrs have symp of MS with Brain MRI shown Nonspecific white matter. Neurologist doesn't know the cause. Spinal tap normal. What other condition's mimics MS? Is it Vitamin deficiency? Or small fiber neuropathy? confused & tired of the flare ups?
Does normal brain and cervical MRI rule out MS? I have many symptoms over the year, nerve pain, paraesthesia, fatigue, dizziness, bladder pain, tight band feeling around torso. Would I need to MRI of whole spine? What other tests would help? Thanks?
Brain MRI white matter 4 black holes. Lp clear. Blood test clear. Spinal MRI ctl clear. No symptom of ms. What r the chances of be MS something else?
Brain MRI couple of more Nonspecific White matters compared to 6 mths ago, syms of MS, Neurologist didn't explain what it means and want to do S.Tap. He said my case it's complicated. Blood works were Neg. Loosing balance all the time & Gait issue.Tx?
