I had my colonoscopy 2 days ago and need to fly for 5 hours+ in 3 days. i had my polyps (3 small ones less than 5mm) removed during the colonoscopy. is it safe? i do not have any abnormal symptoms now?

Flying does not add any further risk to your present situation. The only risk of Colonoscopy/Polypectomy(bleeding or perforation) would show up in 24-48 hours after the procedure. So you should not expect any other problems. Start eating normally so that you would not have trouble with constipation which often follows a bowel clean up for the colonoscopy.
