I had a follow up colonoscopy after the one from a month ago had an incomplete prep. 3 polyps were removed but two more were found in the follow up in area that had none in the initial colonoscopy. could two more have grown that quickly? this worriso?

No, polyps take years to grow. It is more likely that they were missed during the first colonoscopy, because of the poor colonic preparation. Polyps can be obscured by stool remaining in the colon when the preparation is not adequate. Good that you got them removed. Your gastroenterologist can tell you what your follow up should be depending on what type of polyps they are. Good luck.
