If you have really bad allergies and start blowing out and coughing up green snot can that be a sinus infection or pharyngitis i am prone to sinus infections just don't know if a sinus infection or pharyngitis can have green snot?

Green snot is common when you have a cold with upper respiratory infection, not from allergy. You do not need antibiotic if there is no significant sinus pain with high fever. Sore throat is the main symptom of pharyngitis, not green snot. Take care.
