throat infection orjust sick persistent cough. not pain in throat but in bronchial area in lungs. ear pain. threw up. lots of mucus. no fever. what is?

Viral illness: Hydrate yourself well . Treat the symptoms with OTC medications. Rest , take a lot of vitamin C and Zinc , hydrate more .use Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen to treat body ache, headache , or low grade fever. Not better or start having chills or high fever see your PCP or go to urgent care
