Are nosebleeds common with a sinus infection or allergies? currently taking amoxicillin for acute pharyngitis. the pain is less but nosebleeds remain.

Maybe: Your nosebleeds are being caused by your post nasal drip which is accompanying you sinus infection or your runny nose. The mucus is eroding the blood vessels in your nose causing it to bleed.
