Yes, TSH should be repeated because 0.35 is not that low along with free T3 for ruling out T3 thyrotoxicosis if you have symptoms of thyrotoxicosis. Good luck.

This could be interpreted as subclinical or mild hyperthyroidism and the issue is whether to treat or simply follow-up with labs in a few months. At your age & with no symptoms, I favor just observation with follow-up labs. Rather than having more thyroid testing at this time, consulting an endocrinologist or thyroidologist may be more worthwhile at this time.
