My blood work showed , tsh 2.310 ulu/ml , free t4 1.05 ng/dl , low thyroid runs high on my moms side of the family all aunts and female cousins and my daughter all have low thyroids and on meds . i have a lot of they symptoms ?

Thyroid disease can be genetic. your thyroid hormone level at this time is completely normal. symptoms for hypothyroidism are very non specific and can be due to many reasons, you must discuss this with your doctor and look into other reasons for your symptoms. some time when you are stuck thinking its your thyroid you may miss another imp.diagnosis that might be treatable & resolve your symptoms.
