At gyn visit noticed something on table after exam that was not from me; my hands were significantly chapped & cracking. concerned about possible exposure (hep/hiv/herpes/etc), especially given environment. what are chances of contracting something?

It is unclear what was on the table and what, if anything, you would be exposed to. But, getting tested for possible infections would be the way to determine if there is anything to be concerned about. Did you point out what you saw to the doctor? Have your gyn doctor test you ASAP.
