I have been taking clonazepam, 2 mg, for 18 years as ordered regularly by my psychiatrist. is there something to be worried about dependency or tolerance?

Tolerance is not present when the same dose is still effective for your symptoms for many years. However, dependency is likely present and you will develop severe withdrawal symptoms if you stop this medication abruptly. Take care.
