Dose unclear: There is increasing concern with chronic use of benzodiazepines as to causing neurotoxicity resulting in cognitive deficit. Some patients do need them for long periods of time and your best reference going forward remains your psychiatrist who knows best your condition and will be able to address complications as soon as they appear.
