Varicocoele: Varicocoele in the scrotum near the testicle is a abnormal collection of veins around the testicle. It can cause increased temperature within the testicle that can hinder your sperm count / hinder sperm production. This could obviously affect your ability to have children, as it can lead to more difficulty having the adequate sperm count. Look into having it fixed by a urologist.

Here are...: What you described would more likely refer to the common occurrence of epididymal cyst & varicocele, instead of testicular cyst. Epididymal cyst may interfere sperm transportation out of testis through vas deferens to seminal vesicle, and varicocele may affect sperm production, maturation, & motility in some, not everyone.
