I have had a recurring sore throat that disappears after antibiotics then resurfaces again. started in december 2022, took penv, then weeks later i took amoxiclav then finally i took azithromycin a few weeks ago. and now the sore throat is back again?

Recurring sore throat does not necessarily mean recurring bacterial infection requiring another course of antibiotic treatment. You should be tested first to identify the offending organism (s). A number of different viruses also are well known to cause sore throat.
