I have a lot of moles i have my entire life. i get checked yearly at the derm. i just noticed a new mole? on my nipple which has never happened. is this worrisome? does this mean cancer? i did have a baby 4 months ago is that why i could have it?

The only way to know what it is for certain would be to have your dermatologist check it. It is not possible to diagnose it without seeing it. It could be pregnancy-related due to hormone changes. But, have it checked by your dermatologist. Good luck to you!
