See your doctor : Picking at your moles actually increases your risk for malignant change. See your dermatologist to evaluate your moles and see a psychiatrist to help with your OCD and anxiety.

Moles not cancer: Skin cancers are ulcerating, lesions represent basal or squamous cancers. Moles are essentially benign pigmented lesions.
