Can too many small sun damaged moles turn into cancer? dermatologist said i have many on my legs hand back chest face everywhere.. they are sun damaged she said but if i dont expose myself to sun anymore do they change theirshape and turn to cancer?

Having "sun damaged moles" in multiple locations, may also create concern about either basal cell carcinomas, or squamous cell carcinomas which historically may take 25 years or so to emerge. Continue to see your dermatologist every few months for total body exams. Fortunately, with Mohs surgery, if carcinomas do develop, they are curable.
