How a throat itchiness and post nasal drip that resulted from frequent acid reflux can be managed and cured ??? i usually take montelukast/cetrizine combination when that happens but is it the only effective medicine?

Simple saline nasal spray is often helpful. Avoid smoke, allergens e.g.duat. Wear a mask while outdoors. Discuss whether a nasal steroid spray e.g. Flonase is recommended. The itching indicates a possible allergic reaction, and allergy testing is recommended.
