Some basics: Sneezing is a natural response in an effort to remove irritants from the sensitive inner linings of the nose. Adenoids have nothing to do with it. A gentile nasal saline wash can help remove irritants. Avoiding fumes, smoke, perfumes, dust, odors, etc. can reduce the irritant triggers. Sometimes a nasal steroid spray can help.
