Is it safe to take two 10 mg montelukast allergy pills in 24 hours? i took one at 7:00 this morning and i'm still sneezing and my nose is runny.

Alternate: Montelukast works in only 50% of the people for congestion relief but has little effects on runny nose or sneezing. Consider a nasal steroid and/or antihistamine. There is no evidence that doubling up on the montelukast works better.
