This isn't abnormal. Staph saprophyticus is normal on skin and in body openings, and with and only 3-5 white blood cells (pus cells) probably there is no active infection. However, interpretation and possible need for treatment may depend on the reason for the test: if you have otherwise unexplained symptoms (e.g. vaginal discharge), you might need antibiotic treatment.
